Catawba Ridge High School
As schools start back in York County, South Carolina, a new public high school opens its doors for the first time. Catawba Ridge has been under construction for the past year, and all of the school board's hard work has certainly paid off. Catawba Ridge High School is the third public high school to be built in Fort Mill, SC, with the last high school, Nation Ford, opening back in 2007. As Fort Mill’s population has doubled since then, it was definitely time for another addition to the town.
With last year's reported annual growth rate of a whopping 13.2 percent, the public schools in Fort Mill were reaching maximum capacity.(1) The Fort Mill school district is noted for having an elite public school system, so many (of Charlotte’s) Charlotte working families have moved across the state line into the Fort Mill area. The Fort Mill school district is ranked (first) in the Charlotte area and (second) in South Carolina. Of the 10,782 districts in the United States, Fort Mill ranks 340th.(2)
With such prestigious rankings comes high expectations, and the Fort Mill school district certainly hasn’t disappointed. Catawba Ridge boasts 14 sports, 20 varsity teams, 27 clubs and organizations, a 5,000 seat stadium, a theatre, and so much more.(3) The entire development was estimated at approximately $118,837,089, with an incredible 390,000 square feet of interior building space and a permanent capacity of around 2,400 students.(4)
We were excited to provide the signage for Catawba Ridge High School and have enjoyed watching the beautiful development unfold. The size, amenities, and aesthetics of this high school campus puts many colleges to shame. Their football stadium jumbotron alone could remind you of attending a Friday night football game in Clemson University's Death Valley! Take a look through some of the photos below to get a glimpse of how extraordinary this school campus truly is.
The Dillon features luxury apartments located in the heart of Raleigh, NC. We utilized metal and wood to create unique and high-end signage inside and outside of the building. This was a really fun project to take on!
Mission Health Center
We continuously work with Mission Health to update their facilities and provide signage and wayfinding for new locations. This particular photo collection was taken at one of their locations in Asheville, NC amongst the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
In this project, we were able to provide interior and signage and graphics to University of South Carolina's new $50 million Football Operations Facility.
Creating Branded Environments
What are branded environments?
Branded environments embody the architecture, sign design, furniture, location, and branding of a company. It takes the core values and branding guidelines of an entity and displays those values and guidelines through the space. Branded environments tell a story, utilizing fixtures, furniture, and visual elements. Branding is not just about a logo in your space - signage can tell your story, with or without words.
757 North Apartments
We designed, fabricated, and installed signage and graphics for 757 North. These apartments are nestled in the heart of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We created a unique environment, utilizing different materials, colors, and designs.
We collaborated with Red Ventures to create breathtaking wall graphics, ADA and identification signage, and wayfinding solutions throughout their campus located in Indian Land, South Carolina. We enjoyed creating special and inspirational atmospheres for each of their rooms.
Founder Sport Group
We had the pleasure of designing, fabricating, and installing wall graphics and exterior signage for Founder Sport Group's new office location within Charlotte. They wanted to incorporate impactful quotes and inspirational wall graphics, as well as embellish their space with their logos. On the exterior, we crafted and mounted metal signage displaying their name over their building. We truly enjoyed creating their own one-of-a-kind branded environment.
We implemented the use of wall graphics, lettering, and photographs of the community to display the office's values and branding in a unique way.
This project focused on the design and implementation of the Charlotte Catholic athletic field. We crafted base-mounted illuminated lettering on the entrances, mounted logos on the fence, and branding of the parking deck.
